Summary
Fergus McGovern, founder of successful British video game developer Probe Software, boasted such a memorable personality within his company that a heavily-digitized and retouched photograph of the executive's head snuck its way into a number of the studio's published games. Most notable of these inclusions is Mortal Kombat II's titular Fergality - a secret fatality in which the losing fighter is transformed into McGovern's head.
