Hiromi Fukuda (福田 ひろみ), also known as Rascal Fuku-chan, is a former artist at Sega of Japan, involved with the Streets of Rage/Seima Densetsu 3x3 Eyes team, from Sega R&D 6 to Sega CS3. Before working at Sega, she was an artist on Namco's 1988 arcade game Mirai Ninja. After leaving Sega around 1994, she returned to Namco and worked on Xevious 3D/G (where she is credited as Rascal Fukuda).
