Sega Ages Sound Track The Best Plus is an album containing music from a variety of Sega games, including Fantasy Zone, Space Harrier, Golden Axe, Gain Ground, After Burner II, OutRun, Alien Syndrome and Virtua Fighter 2. Music from the arcade originals (Disc 1, aka "Arcade Side") is included as well as remakes heard in the Sega Ages 2500 series (Disc 2, aka "Segaages Side").
A live performance of After Burner's main theme by [H.] from the 42nd Amusement Machine Show held the previous month serves as a bonus track found at the end of the first disc. It was exclusive to this album prior to the release of the After Burner 20th Anniversary Box.
