Sega Entertainment U.S.A. Inc. (SEUI) was the North American Facilities Operation arm of Sega[4] which managed and operated the GameWorks chain of arcade centers after the closure of the chain's previous management company, Sega GameWorks.

Sega Entertainment U.S.A. acquired the GameWorks chain from Sega GameWorks in May 2005.[5] The company operated with an average of 60 employees.[3]
