A Ressha de Ikou MD (A列車で行こうMD) is an entry in Artdink's A Ressha de Ikou/Take the A Train series of railroad simulation games ported from some unknown versions that were released in 1989 and 1991 by MNM Software (according to founder Mikito Ichikawa) to the Sega Mega Drive in 1992. This version was not released outside Japan.
