Sega World Birmingham was an indoor Sega World arcade located above a Blockbuster video on High Street, Erdington, Birmingham.

Little is currently known about this venue - the top floor where Sega World was located was converted into a "Fast Tan Centre" in the early 2000s, then later a UTC Ultimate Training Centre gym, which now encompasses the entire building since the closure of Blockbuster in 2013.
