Mad Stalker: Full Metal Forth (マッド ストーカー: フル メタル フォース) is an action game released by FamilySoft in January 1994 for the X68000, and ported to FM Towns and Arcade CD-ROM² in the same year.

A Mega Drive version was also scheduled to be released around the same time by Kogado Studio[7]. However, due to the soaring price of ROMs, it was deemed unprofitable and development was cancelled.[8] In 2020, 26 years later, the game was finished and published by Columbus Circle. On 10 October 2021, Strictly Limited Games started the preorders for the US and EU versions for a release in April 2022.

"Forth" is a mistranslation, with the FM Towns and Arcade CD-ROM² versions being called Mad Stalker: Full Metal Force, however this Mega Drive version retains the original X68000 name.
