16 Zhang Mahjong (十六張麻將) is one of several unlicensed pornographic mahjong games for the Sega Mega Drive, developed by Gamtec and released in some unknown year. Not much is known about the release of this particular one. This one also appears to have a story but it is in Chinese (TODO).
