Hiroyuki Arai (新井 洋行) is a Japanese artist formerly employed by Sega. He has lived in Machida, Tokyo since he was 3 years old[1]. After studied product design in university, he joined Sega with the dream of making toys for children[1]. Since leaving Sega, he has become an author of picture books[2].
A person named Hiroyuki Arai began working at Sega in quality assurance the late 2010's, but is likely a different person.
