Template:Magazine Mega was a popular monthly magazine sold in the UK which backed the Sega Mega Drive and its expansions, the Sega Mega-CD and Sega 32X. It was published by Future Publishing from 1992 to 1994 before Maverick Magazines bought the license, changed the staff, and ultimately saw the magazine close due to the arrival of the Sega Saturn.

Mega was of a much higher standard of quality than most magazines of the time, being printed on glossy super A4 paper with a quality front/back cover and spine. This helped to distance itself from its rivals.
