Mega Drive (1994, DOS) was the very first project trying to emulate the Sega Mega Drive / Genesis programmed mainly by Steve Riddle. However, it was stopped due to a harddisk-crash.

It is very buggy, has layer, image and scrolling issues, doesn't perform very well and doesn't have any sound emulation. However, it was quite impressive for its time.
