'''SegaEMU''' is a Sega Mega Drive/Genesis emulator for Windows made by Atani Software. It features SG-1000, Sega Mega Drive/Genesis and SEGA Mega/Sega CD emulation. However, the emulation is rather buggy and Z80 emulation is not there (you can select it, but it doesn't work). On semi-modern or better PCs, the emulator runs way too fast (300-400FPS) making the games unplayable.

SegaEMU, formerly known as SEMU or SEmu, is a Sega Mega Drive, Mega-CD and SG-1000 emulator for Windows, developed by Mike "Atani" Dunston (Atani Software). Z80 emulation is selectable but does not work. On modern PCs, the emulator runs much faster than it should (hundreds of FPS), making most games unplayable.

Another release was planned for 2001 which would have added Master System and Game Gear emulation, but never occurred.[1]
