Shinya Togo (東郷 真哉) is a Japanese game designer. After working at Neverland for a decade on games like Record of Lodoss War, Disney's Party and their 2 Shining games Shining Force Neo and Shining Force EXA, he became the company director for Imageepoch[1]. After working on 7th Dragon 2020-II until 2013, he moved to Sega CS3 where he became the game director for Hero Bank. In 2018 he moved to Ryu ga Gotoku Studio.
