Takeshi Goden (呉田 武司), also known as Gonda[1], is a Japanese programmer. He joined Sega when he was 20 years old, around 1990/1991[2]. Employed at Hitmaker and its predecessor Sega AM3, he is most often credited for rail shooters, as well as Manx TT Superbike.[3] Sega arcade titles he chiefly programmed include Rail Chase 2, The Lost World: Jurassic Park and Confidential Mission.

Sometime after mentoring her on Rail Chase 2, Goden married fellow AM3 developer Mie Kumagai.[4]

In 1996, Takeshi Goden starred in a commercial for the Japanese sports drink Pocari Sweat[5]
