So I went to the Wayback machine and the earliest price is "$11096.29" USD (https://web.archive.org/web/20080715031231/http://www.coinopexpress.com/products/machines/driving-riding_games/Initial_D'_Arcade_Stage_Version_4_single_6964.html) and fluctuates from there on.
