this is to prevent us needing to write 438092480324932 releasesRows in 3492420942 releases templates.

Things to note

• I'm passing in both "PC" and "pc" because there's no clean way to convert to lower/upper case (*cough*)
• this should create a consistent order for each country - we need to decide what the official order should be (I've vaguely been doing US, JP, EU, Western Europe, Australia, Brazil, Eastern Europe, Asia, everwhere else - it's not very sensible)
• more thought is needed for multi-language Dreamcast releases and the like

Seems sensible, but I should point out one of the main reasons I split up the original releases template was so that editing it wouldn't add 10,000 items to the job queue. (P.S. {{lc:string}}) - Hivebrain (talk) 19:00, 8 January 2018 (CST)
