Annet Returns is an aftermarket re-release of the Sega Mega-CD game of the same name, published by Limited Run Games. It was announced alongside aftermarket re-releases of the cartridge and CD versions of Earnest Evans. Both CD versions of the two games comes with a new English dub, alongside a bundle package.
This re-release marks the first release of Anetto Futatabi outside Japan.
