Hirono Sato (佐藤 広野) is a former game designer at Sega, including United Game Artists and Sonic Team. He joined UGA because of his love of Rez and being impressed by Tetsuya Mizuguchi's passion for the company.[1] He left in the mid-2000's to work at Platinum Games.
He is the "second person in Japan to own an Xbox", which he personally received from Bill Gates[1].
