 LONDON, April 27 /PRNewswire/ --

RSL Communications, Ltd. (Nasdaq: RSLC) today announced that its United Kingdom subsidiary has been awarded the contract to supply Sega, one of the world's largest games console manufacturers and suppliers, with fixed line and mobile telecoms services in the UK. The contract will run for two years and covers all the telecoms traffic from Sega's two UK offices as well as Sega's mobile handsets.

Before moving to RSL COM, Sega used multiple telecoms suppliers including Energis, WorldCom and BT. With RSL COM's ability to offer both fixed line and mobile telecoms under one umbrella, Sega can realize greater economy, better efficiency and more control over its telecommunications spending.

"Sega's employees are often on the road visiting clients, so it is extremely important to have a mobile deal that is tailored to our specific needs," says Sheila Taylor, Administration and Personnel Manager at Sega UK. "RSL COM offered Sega the best and most cost effective service because it is the UK's largest independent mobile service provider with the ability to select the right tariff from the major network providers that suits Sega best."

Taylor continues, "Added to this the fixed line package that RSL COM has offered Sega provides us with extremely competitive prices and excellent customer service."

"Over the past year RSL COM has focused on offering businesses value added services that embrace a range of telecommunications solutions," said Matt Crabtree, Group Sales Director of RSL COM. "This contract with Sega demonstrates that we continue to give companies the best service and a wide range of products tailored to their needs."
