Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai Special (アイドル雀士 スーチーパイSpecial) is a table game developed and published by Jaleco for the Sega Saturn. It is part of Jaleco's Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai series.
The game had some nudity present in the original version removed for the Saturn version, in order to be rated 18. It was later rereleased as Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai Remix with an X rating and all the original content restored.
