==Gameplay==

The game is played using a joystick and 4 buttons: '''S'''hift, '''B'''eat, '''C'''harge and '''J'''ump. Holding down '''S''' and using the joystick lets you move sideways and backgrounds without turning in those directions. Running and grabbing are not possible while holding down '''S'''. '''J''' can be combined with either attack buttons to use different moves, and pressing all 3 buttons performs one of your limited special moves or air defences.

'''B''' is for standard moves that can be changed by combining it with joystick movements. It can also be combined with '''C''' to perform a leg sweep move and knock opponents off their feet. '''C''' on its own performs a charge move. 4 different levels of charge move can be performed by holding down the button, and are visualised with the Charge Meter.

Spikers Battle (スパイカーズバトル) is the fourth installment to the Spikeout series. Putting an arena-styled competitive twist to the formula, Spikers Battle retains it's 3D beat-'em-up gameplay but takes a more traditional versus fighting game approach.

It has not been released for any home consoles. Sega Logistics Service announced it would end service on the arcade machines on March 31, 2017.[1][2]

Gameplay

The game is played using a joystick and 4 buttons: Shift, Beat, Charge and Jump. Holding down S and using the joystick lets you move sideways and backgrounds without turning in those directions. Running and grabbing are not possible while holding down S. J can be combined with either attack buttons to use different moves, and pressing all 3 buttons performs one of your limited special moves or air defences.

B is for standard moves that can be changed by combining it with joystick movements. It can also be combined with C to perform a leg sweep move and knock opponents off their feet. C on its own performs a charge move. 4 different levels of charge move can be performed by holding down the button, and are visualised with the Charge Meter.
