Head On 2 (ヘッド-オン2) is an arcade sequel to Head On, and was developed and released by Gremlin/Sega for VIC Dual hardware in 1979.

Head On 2 arrived less than a year after its prequel, and offers very little in terms of improvements. In fact, aside from a more complex playing field (with two "U-turn" lanes allowing you to change direction), Head On 2 is the same as its predecessor. Players drive continously around a map with the ability to switch lanes, attempting to avoid enemy cars. A button can be used to boost.
