The Sound Development Division (サウンド開発部)[1] is a division of Sega. It is the workspace for all the sound designers and music composers employed by Sega.
It is currently unknown exactly when this division was formed, just that it happened after 2021 when sound sections still existed within game development divisions,[2] and 2024 when the division's name was printed in the booklets of several albums by Wave Master.[3]
