Anarchy Reigns, known in Japan as Max Anarchy (マックス アナーキー), is a beat-'em-up action game developed by Platinum Games and published by Sega for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
It was featured at E3 2011 and was scheduled for release in July 2012. While it hit its intended Japanese release date, in late 2012 Sega delayed international releases indefinitely (they were originally scheduled for 3 July release in the US, 6 July in Europe, and 5 July in Australia). Western versions were later announced for release in January 2013.
