Development
The game was being developed by Dingo Inc. and P Studio when it was first revealed on November 24th, 2013 and was originally going to be released in Autumn 2014. On the same day, Katsura Hashino said in an interview with Famitsu that the game was "pretty much done for the most part," and that more dances and events would be added. But on September 19th, 2014 Atlus announced that the game was pushed back to 2015, and that Dingo Inc. was no longer working on the title.
The first trailer and screenshots look very different from the final game, with gameplay in Dingo's version looking more similar to the Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA series. Story sequences were also changed, as one early screenshot shows that 3D environments and character models were going to be used instead of static background art and 2D character portraits.
