Victor Musical Industries (ビクター音楽産業 or ビクター音産) was Victor's earliest known foray into the gaming world. They changed their name to Victor Entertainment (ビクターエンタテインメント) in April 1993.

The company merged with Pack-In-Video in October 1996, becoming Victor Interactive Software. Pack-In-Video's video game team then began trading as Pack-In-Soft, while this division traded as Victor Soft.
