Wonder Boy Collection is a compilation containing Wonder Boy, Wonder Boy in Monster Land, Wonder Boy in Monster World and Monster World IV.

On March 3, 2022, Strictly Limited Games announced their own version of the game, one that would have 21 games in it, including the other two missing Wonder Boy games Wonder Boy III: Monster Lair and Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap, exclusively from their online store.[7] This version was available to Pre-Order on March 6, 2022.

Their regular PlayStation 4 version was limited to 2,000 copies worldwide, its Collector's Edition to 1,500 copies worldwide, and its Ultra Collector's Edition to 499 copies worldwide while its Nintendo Switch regular version was limited to 4,000 copies worldwide, its Collector's Edition to 3,000 copies worldwide, and its Ultra Collector's Edition to 999 copies worldwide. An Aluminium Plate Art Card was also available for sale.[8]
