Intel Corporation is an American technology company. It produced several of the microprocessors seen in Sega arcade boards.
The company Zilog was founded by ex-Intel engineers Federico Faggin and Masatoshi Shima, after they developed the Intel 4004 and 8080, which the Z80 was based on.
