Kohichiro Tamura (田村 耕一郎) was an artist at Sega, where he worked on Panzer Dragoon Orta, Ollie King and the first 2 Yakuza games. He has also worked at Grounding, where he designed stages for the Panzer Dragoon-inspired Crimson Dragon.[2]
