Clean pause
When paused, press 
+
to hide the pause menu. Inputting the code again will make it reappear.
Passwords
Holding + on the options screen will reveal a hidden "Password" setting. Selecting it allows you to input passwords:
Unlock Fiorano
Enter CinqueValvole as a password.
Unlock Nürburgring
Enter LiebeFrauMilch as a password.
Unlock Laguna-Seca
Enter Stars&Stripes as a password.
Unlock Sepang
Enter KualaLumpur as a password.
Unlock Atlanta
