Norio Hanzawa (半沢 紀雄), also known by the alias NON, is a Japanese musician and former composer for video game developers Konami and Treasure.

Hanzawa's first name has been the source of confusion on the English-speaking internet; his name has been subject to various readings and alternate names, having been credited as Norio, Kazuo, and Ichio in various works and albums. It's believed that Norio is his real name.
