Orca Co., Ltd. was a Japanese video game developer founded by Takeshi Tozu (戸津猛), who later founded developers Crux, Whiteboard, and the later Santos.[1]

Sometime in 1984, Orca went bankrupt and was evicted from its offices.[1]
