The two companies had already been close, working on versions of ''[[Discworld]]'' across 1995 and 1996. Teeny Weeny Games, Ltd., was a British game developer. The original iteration of the company was founded in the United Kingdom by Angela Sutherland in 1991.

Founded by Angela Sutherland, the company was generally secretive about development credit (going as far as to credit the programmer of the Sega Mega Drive version of Predator 2 as simply "???".) All the company's Sega games were composed by Matt Furniss.

In 1996 the company was merged with Gregg Barnett's Perfect 10 Productions, creating Perfect Entertainment. The two companies had already been close, working on versions of Discworld across 1995 and 1996. Perfect Entertainment would revert to the Teeny Weeny Games name in 1999 to create World's Scariest Police Chases: Deadly Pursuit for Fox Interactive, however the game would not be completed and Fox would acquire Teeny Weeny Games in 2001.
