Hideki Saito (斉藤 秀樹) is a former game designer at Sega Enterprises. Their full name has never been given in English and for some reason their first name's initial was given as E in Title Fight, which may mean they actually went by a rare reading of the name 秀樹 (commonly read as Hideki). They seem to have left Sega shortly after the release of Hard Dunk to work on Bakuretsu Hunter.
