Title
Like several Acclaim releases, the game's title has been contended. The forward slash symbol is not present on any western Sega packaging, resulting in interpretations like Iron Man X-O Manowar and Iron Man and X-O Manowar, and is derived from the spine of the Sony PlayStation version. Thus, the name's current inclusion of a forward slash symbol may be inaccurate in regards to Sega versions of the game.
Similar issues are encountered with titles such as Spider-Man and Venom: Maximum Carnage and Venom - Spider-Man: Separation Anxiety.
