Dimps is a small, Osaka-based software developer founded by former Capcom and SNK employee Takashi Nishiyama, and is mainly comprised of ex-members from both companies. They're responsible for a variety of video games developed for other companies, usually tying into a number of large franchises. The company was established on March 6, 2000 and currently has around 217 employees. Principal shareholders of Dimps are: Sega, Sony, Bandai and Sammy.
