The September 1998 issue of Sega Saturn Video Magazine is an entry in the Sega Video Magazine series of promotional VHS cassettes for Japan.

This video is thought to be the last in the series, as although the Sega Dreamcast is never explicitly mentioned in these videos, it was due to launch in Japan by the end of 1998 and was beginning to become the main focus for Sega.
