Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai Special (アイドル雀士 スーチーパイSpecial) is a table game developed and published by Jaleco for the Sega Saturn. It is part of Jaleco's Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai series.

This game use the rating MA-18 and was some regulation in graphics of nude. Later, Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai Remix has been re-released a rating as X Rated.
