3 months have passed since I began this project, and want to share to all the community this contribution. I have extracted the binary file inside an updated dimm to 4.02. The file I'm going to publish it's only useful by flashing it in an TSOP48 chip like M29W160EB-70N6E, and after that by being soldered to the dimm. Yo can have a directly updated dimm to 4.02 without any support net dimm.
