Start with 10 lives
On the main menu, press 
START . You will now start with ten lives rather than the usual three.
Round select
Watch the first four demos in their entirety (the last being 2nd day, area 4). Then press HOLD ++
START on the main menu.
This screen has a time limit, and if the counter gets to 0, you'll be sent back to the title screen and have to re-enter the code again.
