Charles "Charlie" Bellfield was an American businessman and former Sega of America Vice President of Marketing and Communications who served as official company spokesperson from 1998 to 2003.[2]

Bellfield joined Sega of America in 1998, where he served as vice president of strategic planning and corporate affairs, and official company spokesperson (particularly in regard to the Sega Dreamcast.)[2]
