Sega Entertainment Inc. (SEI) was a joint venture set up between Sega of America and Soft Bank to bring arcade games to PCs[1].
In May 1998 Sega Entertainment expanded its operations to offer different genres of games more suited to the PC market, initially with real-time strategy and simulation games[2]. This was set to begin with the release of Conflict of Nations[3] and then Yoot Tower[4], however the division appears to have dissolved (or renamed) before the two games were released (Conflict of Nations being cancelled outright).
