It was cancelled alongside the system, the only remnants of its existence being blurry photograps of the "wipeout" jet ski section (and some preliminary cover art). It was likely developed in-house by Sega.
32 Xtreme may have become Jet Ski Rage (or vice versa), another cancelled 32X game by Sega to involve jet skis.
