Defunct: 2004
Merged into: Electronic Arts (1995)
Headquarters:
Guildford, United Kingdom

Bullfrog Productions was a video game development company founded in 1987 by Les Edgar and Peter Molyneux. It is famous for its Theme, Populous, Syndicate and Dungeon Keeper series of games.

In January 1995 its publisher, Electronic Arts acquired Bullfrog, however it continued to release games as a separate entity to EA until 2001. After three years of silence, the company was merged with other UK studios owned by Electronic Arts and rebranded "EA UK". Plans were made to bring back the brand in 2009, but they never materialised.
