The Sega Euro Challenge 92 was an event, held in a train, in 1992, from 11 April to 10 May, on the 23 largest French cities, namely, Paris (Montparnasse Railway Station), Rennes, Caen, Rouen (Madellaine), Amiens, Lille, Nancy, Strasbourg, Mulhouse, Besançon, Dijon, Clermont-Ferrand, Lyon (Perrache), Grenoble, Marseille, Montpellier, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Limoges, Nantes, Angers, Le Mans and Orléans.
The Final was held in Paris, at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie[1] ("City of Science and Industry") the biggest science museum in Europe. The winner of the event was entitled to a place in the big final[2] held in Barcelona, Spain, to dispute the title of European Champion.
Despite its name, this "Euro" challenge was exclusive to France.
The event returned the following year as Challenge Européen Sega 1993.
