Twin Cobra is known as Kyuukyoku Tiger in Japan, which means the title screen has to change. In the US, there is a menu allowing for easy access to the configuration screen, while in Japan you have to press START twice to get into the game. American Treco were also happy to credit Toaplan in the US.
