Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer, called Fushigi no Dungeon: Fuurai no Shiren DS (不思議のダンジョン 風来のシレン DS) in Japan, is an RPG developed by Chunsoft and published by Sega for the Nintendo DS in 2006. It is a port of the 1995 Super Famicom and Game Boy game of the same name, which was only released in Japan.
The game is based in a feudal Japan setting, and involves the player fighting their way through dungeons randomly populated with monsters. Mystery Dungeon is a roguelike RPG, meaning death results in the loss of all the player's items, experience and progress.
