The MZ-80K is a Japanese home computer released by Sharp in 1978. The MZ-700 was released in 1982 which added colour graphics whilst dropping the built-in monitor. The MZ-800 released in 1983. This was followed in 1984 by the MZ-1500. The machines in this line are generally backwards compatible, but are not compatible with Sharp's MZ-80B line of computers.
