SC Interactive Video, Inc. (Shaw Communications Interactive Video) was a joint venture between Canadian telecommunications companies Shaw Communications and Roger Cablesystems which licensed the exclusive Canadian Sega Channel broadcast rights from STT Video Partners to introduce the service there in December 1995.[3] The company did not distribute the service itself, but existed to allow for both companies to implement and distribute the Sega Channel themselves.
Company
In March 1997, Shaw Communications entirely acquired SC Interactive Video.[2]
