Warsong, also known under its Japanese title Langrisser (ラングリッサー), is a Turn-based strategy RPG developed by Masaya and published in the USA by Treco.
In Japan and other Asian countries, "Langrisser" would go on to be a very popular franchise spawning multiple sequels (Langrisser II, Langrisser III, Langrisser IV, Langrisser V and Langrisser Millennium), but the United States only had this single release, a localization of the first game with some names and character graphics changed.
This game was later included with Langrisser II in Langrisser: Dramatic Edition for the Sega Saturn, which was in turn included in the Langrisser Tribute compilation, also for the Saturn.
